Orange Chicken

  1. In large, nonstick skillet, over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chicken and brown.
  2. Remove from skillet.
  3. Add red pepper, onion and garlic and saute 5 minutes or until tender.
  4. Return chicken to skillet.
  5. Add orange juice, mustard, salt and pepper; bring to boil.
  6. Reduce heat.
  7. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes. Transfer chicken to serving platter; keep warm.
