Pepper Steak

  1. Cut the
  2. steaktnto
  3. slices
  4. 1/8-inch thick.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and
  6. pepper.
  7. In
  8. a
  9. large skillet heat the oil, add the steak, onion and garlic; cook until the meat is browned on all sides.
  10. Add
  11. the
  12. green
  13. peppers
  14. and
  15. bouillon, cover and simmer 10tinutes.
  16. Add
  17. the
  18. tomatoes
  19. and simmer 5 minutes. Mix the cornstarchtr
  20. flour,
  21. soy sauce, and water and stir into the meat mixture.
  22. Cook, stirring, until the mixture has thickened. Serve with hot boiled rice.
  23. Makes 4 servings.
