Apricot-Nut Bread

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine juice and the next 3 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
  2. Pour batter into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan; let cool on a wire rack.
