Broccoli Cheese Soup

  1. Saute onions, celery and bell pepper in butter until soft.
  2. Add chicken stock, basil, garlic and bay leaves.
  3. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and add the cheese a little at a time, whisking after each addition.
  4. When all cheese has melted, add broccoli. Add the wine and check the flavor.
