Sweet-N-Sour Pork

  1. Heat cooking oil in frypan.
  2. Thoroughly brown pork, sprinkle well with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
  4. Add onion and pineapple.
  5. Cook 10 minutes more.
  6. Add tomato wedges; blend cornstarch with sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and pineapple syrup.
  7. Add to mixture.
  8. Stir constantly until thick. Cook 5 minutes longer.
  9. Serve over a nest of boiled rice.
