Tex-Mex Dip

  1. Peel, pit and mash avocados.
  2. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper and set aside.
  3. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix and set aside.
  4. To assemble/layer: Spread bean dip on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Top with avocado mixture.
  6. Spread sour cream mixture on top of this.
  7. Sprinkle with onions, jalapeno peppers and/or olives, then tomatoes.
  8. Top with Cheddar cheese.
