Cheesecake Supreme

  1. Heat oven

  6. Press mixture firmly and evenly in bottom of ungreased

  9. pan.
  10. Baket0
  11. minutes and cool. Heat oven

  14. Beattream cheese, sugar, flour, flavoring, salt and

  18. eggstn the mixer bowl until smooth. Continue
  19. beating, adding remaining eggs until blended.
  20. Blend in whipping
  21. cream
  22. on
  23. low speed.
  24. Pour into pan. Bake 15 minutes and reduce oven temperature to 200u0b0.
  25. Bake 45 additional minutes until
  26. golden
  27. brown.
  28. Turn
  29. off
  30. oven and leave cheesecake in for 15 minutes.
  31. Remove from oven and cool completely.toosen cheesecake from side of pan.
  32. Remove side. Cover and refrigerate up to 5 days.
  33. For longer storage, wrap and label; freeze up to 3 weeks.
