Cheesy Vegie Soup

  1. In a medium saucepan, cook onion in hot margarine or butter until tender, but not brown.
  2. Add corn, broccoli, carrot, (tuna) and water.
  3. Bring to boiling.
  4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in soup, milk, cheeses and pepper.
  6. Cook and stir over medium heat until cheese is melted and soup is heated through.
  7. Serves 4 for dinner or makes 8 side dishes.
