Seafood Spaghetti

  1. Saute onion, garlic and parsley in butter until tender.
  2. Drain clams and shrimp, reserving liquid so you have enough for 1 cup, or add water to make 1 cup.
  3. Combine cornstarch and liquid, stirring until blended.
  4. Add to butter and onion mixture and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
  5. Stir in clams and shrimp; heat to serving temperature.
  6. Cook spaghetti; drain.
  7. Toss hot spaghetti with small amount of butter and Parmesan cheese (use additional cheese, if desired).
