Gluten Free Sesame Seed Bread
- 1 envelope plain gelatin
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. brown rice flour
- 1/4 c. rice polish
- 2 Tbsp. soy flour
- 1 Tbsp. potato flour
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. gluten free baking powder
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 c. toasted sesame seed
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Place pan of water on bottom shelf. Line pans (4 1/2 x 8-inch and 3 1/2 x 6-inch) with waxed paper folded double and then greased.
- Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup milk and place over low heat to melt gelatin.
- Set aside.
- Add 1 cup milk. Sift all ingredients, except seed, several times.
- Add gelatin mix, oil and eggs.
- Add seed.
- Spread and flatten in pans to corners. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
