Gluten Free Sesame Seed Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Place pan of water on bottom shelf. Line pans (4 1/2 x 8-inch and 3 1/2 x 6-inch) with waxed paper folded double and then greased.
  3. Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup milk and place over low heat to melt gelatin.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Add 1 cup milk. Sift all ingredients, except seed, several times.
  6. Add gelatin mix, oil and eggs.
  7. Add seed.
  8. Spread and flatten in pans to corners. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
