Spinach Lasagna(Low-Fat)

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In a small bowl, combine spinach, cottage cheese, egg, parsley and garlic powder.
  3. Spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
  4. Top with 4 lasagna noodles.
  5. Spread 1 cup sauce over noodles.
  6. Layer with 1/3 cottage cheese mixture.
  7. Sprinkle 1/3 Mozzarella cheese.
  8. Repeat layers twice.
  9. Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan cheese.
  10. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes.
  11. Remove foil and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
  12. Contains 250 calories per serving and 5 grams fat per serving.
