Gourmet Pork Chops

  1. Coat pork chops with a mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
  2. In skillet, brown on both sides in hot shortening.
  3. Place in 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
  4. Combine soup, 3/4 cup water, ginger and rosemary; pour over chops.
  5. Sprinkle with half the onions.
  6. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 50 minutes.
  7. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining onions and continue baking 10 minutes.
  8. Remove meat to platter. Blend sour cream into soup mixture; heat.
  9. Serve with meat.
