Vegetable Fantasia

  1. Cook broccoli according to package directions.
  2. Drain.
  3. Saute mushrooms in 2 tablespoons of butter.
  4. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Stir in artichokes, broccoli and mushrooms.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  8. Slice tomatoes 1/2-inch thick; place on broccoli.
  9. Saute bread crumbs in 1/2 cup butter until browned. Sprinkle over casserole.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
