Buttermilk Potatoes(So Creamy!)

  1. Cook potatoes, covered, in boiling water, until tender, about 20 minutes.
  2. Drain.
  3. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  4. In a medium bowl, mash potatoes.
  5. Add onion flakes, garlic powder, mushrooms, salt, pepper, thyme and buttermilk.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Place mixture in a 1-quart baking dish that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray.
  8. Sprinkle with wheat germ.
  9. Dot with margarine.
  10. Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes, until hot and lightly browned.
  11. Makes 4 servings.
