Cabbage Wedges(With Veggie Cheese Sauce)

  1. Cut cabbage into 4 wedges.
  2. Cook cabbage in lightly salted boiling water until crisp-tender; drain well.
  3. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, melt margarine.
  4. Add carrots and celery; cook until tender.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in flour.
  6. Gradually add milk. Cook until mixture boils and thickens slightly, stirring constantly.
  7. Add remaining ingredients; stir until cheese is melted.
  8. Place hot cabbage wedges on serving platter or in serving bowl.
  9. Pour sauce over cabbage.
