Salmon Pie

  1. Cook potatoes, discard water and mash.
  2. Cook celery in salted water until transparent.
  3. Discard water.
  4. Cook onions in butter until transparent.
  5. Add onions, celery, celery seed, butter, salt, pepper, seasoning and milk, add to potatoes and mix.
  6. Salmon (remove all skin and bones) break into small pieces.
  7. Add to potatoes. Make crust from Bisquick.
  8. Line deep dish pie plate with 1/2 crust.
  9. Put potato mixture into pie plate, pile high. Cover with remaining crust.
  10. Make several small fish out of pie trimmings.
  11. Put fish on top with egg wash and brush top with milk and egg yolk.
  12. Bake at 350u0b0 until golden brown.
