Beef 'N Bean Chimichangas

  1. In a skillet, brown ground beef; drain off excess fat.
  2. Stir in tomatoes and jalapeno peppers and taco seasoning mix.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  5. Using pastry brush, lightly coat both sides of each tortilla with oil.
  6. Stack tortillas; wrap in aluminum foil.
  7. Place wrapped tortillas in oven; heat for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove tortillas, but leave oven set at 350u0b0.
