- 1/2 lb. green peppers
- 1/2 lb. onion
- 1/2 stalk celery
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) noodles
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can Spanish style tomato sauce
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 small jar stuffed olives
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
- Chop pepper, onion and celery; saute in small amount of oil. Remove from skillet.
- Add meat to skillet and cook until done. Cook noodles according to directions on package.
- Drain, add soup, sauce and mushrooms to noodles.
- Add meat, pepper, onions and celery to mixture.
- Pour into casserole dish and top with grated cheese and sliced olives.
- Heat in oven until cheese melts.
- Makes a large amount.
- It can be frozen.
- I add picante sauce for spicy taste.
