Refrigerator Rolls(No Cholesterol)
- 2 pkg. RapidRise yeast
- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 1/2 sticks light corn oil margarine
- 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
- 3/4 c. sugar (put 1 Tbsp. in lukewarm water and yeast)
- 2 tsp. yeast
- 8 c. plain flour
- Put yeast and sugar in lukewarm water and set aside.
- Put margarine in the hot water and stir until melted.
- Add cold water to make it lukewarm.
- Put the water with margarine in it in a large bowl with the sugar and salt.
- Stir well.
- Add yeast mixture and mix well.
- Add flour and mix into dough.
- Put some corn oil in a large bowl and put the dough into the bowl; turn it over to coat with oil to keep it from getting a crust on it.
- Place in the refrigerator overnight.
- When you want rolls, punch dough down. Pinch off small pieces and place in greased pan.
- Place in warm place to rise.
- Bake in a preheated 375u0b0 oven.
