Asian-Style Turkey Burgers
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- 2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Cooking spray
- 4 (1 1/2-ounce) hamburger buns
- Combine the first 11 ingredients in a large bowl. Divide turkey mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 3/4-inch-thick patty.
- Place a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat until hot. Add patties; cook 5 minutes on each side or until done. Serve on buns.
