Baked Halibut With Vegetables

  1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0.
  2. Place fish in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Drizzle with lemon juice; sprinkle with dill. Top with tomato and next 6 ingredients (tomato through black pepper); sprinkle with cheese. Pour wine into dish; cover with foil. Bake at 425u0b0 for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
