Hot Enchilada Squares

  1. Crumble ground beef and onion in frying pan; brown and drain. Pour meat mixture in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. In bowl, combine eggs, tomato sauce, milk, chili powder, Tabasco sauce, cumin and oregano. Pour over meat; sprinkle with olives, chilies and chips. Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and cook another 5 minutes.
