Teeny-Weeny Applesauce Cupcakes

  1. Cream margarine until fluffy.
  2. Beat eggs and sweetener until thick and lemon colored; add to margarine and mix well.
  3. Sift together all dry ingredients.
  4. Add to margarine mixture alternately with applesauce, starting and ending with dry.
  5. Blend well after each addition.
  6. Add vanilla; blend in raisins and nuts. Pour into tiny cupcake (tart) tins, filling 2/3 full.
  7. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
