Breakfast Pizza
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerator crescent dinner rolls
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 6 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. whole oregano
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Cook sausage until browned; drain.
- Set aside.
- Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.
- Place triangles, with elongated points toward center, in a greased 12-inch pizza pan.
- Press bottom and sides to form a crust; seal perforations.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 5 minutes on lower oven rack.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350u0b0.
- Spoon sausage over dough; sprinkle with cheeses.
- Combine eggs and next 3 ingredients; pour over sausage mixture.
- Bake at 350u0b0 on lower oven rack for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Makes 6 to 8.
