White Wine Lobster And Pasta

  1. In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter; add shallots and garlic.
  2. Cook 2 minutes; do not brown.
  3. Add tomatoes and chicken broth; cook 8 minutes or until tomatoes are sauce-like, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add whipping cream and wine; heat to boiling.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and cook 3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  6. Add lobster, mushrooms, dill, salt and lemon rind.
  7. Cook 1 minute or until heated through.
