Sunday Soup Supper

  1. Meatballs:
  2. In medium bowl, combine beef, egg, 3 tablespoons water, bread crumbs, salt and 1 tablespoon parsley.
  3. Mix by hand until well combined.
  4. Shape into balls.
  5. Brown in butter in a 5-quart Dutch oven, one layer at a time.
  6. Set aside.
  7. Drain fat.
