Cranberry Walnut Squares
- 1 c. Kashi Seven In Morning cereal
- 3/4 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. whole-wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
- 1/3 c. walnut pieces
- 3/4 c. dried cranberries
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 6 oz. vanilla yogurt
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg white
- 1/3 c. expressed canola oil
- 2/3 c. cane juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0. Combine all dry ingredients. In a food processor, process all wet ingredients until smooth. Add liquid mixture to dry and mix well. Pour batter into lightly oiled 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares and serve.
