Vaca Frita(Fried Cow)

  1. Cook brisket in pressure cooker or on stove top as with a pot roast.
  2. For the liquid, add Vino Seco and enough water to cover meat.
  3. Add to liquid an onion, cut in eighths, the bay leaf, garlic and 2 packets Goya seasoning.
  4. Cook until the brisket shreds.
