Party Cheese Ball
- 2 (8 oz.) and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (5 oz.) pkg. Cracker Barrel sharp cheese, grated
- 1 (5 oz.) pkg. Cracker Barrel mild Cheddar cheese, grated
- dash of salt
- finely chopped nuts
- 1 Tbsp. pimento, chopped or ground
- 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped or ground
- 1 Tbsp. green sweet pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of cayenne red pepper
- Combine the softened cream cheese; mix until well blended. Add other ingredients except the nuts
- ; mix well and shape into a ball.
- Roll ball in chopped nuts and parsley flakes.
- Before using, remove from freezer and set out at room temperature for about 1 hour.
- Makes 2 cheese balls.
