Pumpkin Bran Muffins

  1. Combine bran cereal, pumpkin, milk, corn syrup and egg whites in one bowl; set aside.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder together and add to first bowl, stirring just until moistened; add raisins.
  3. Spoon batter into 12 section muffin tin coated with cooking spray.
  4. Bake at 400u0b0 for 20 minutes; cool out of pans on wire rack.
  5. Makes 12.
  6. Based on 12 servings.
  7. Per serving: 159 calories; 43g fat; 284mg sodium; .25mg cholesterol.
