Three Cheese Chicken Lasagna

  1. Cook noodles and drain.
  2. Cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
  3. Stir in soup, mushrooms, pimento, milk and basil. Lay 1/2 the noodles in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  4. Top with half each the sauce, cottage cheese, chicken and American and Parmesan cheeses. Repeat layers except for the last 2 cheeses.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
  6. Top with remaining cheeses.
  7. Bake a few minutes more.
  8. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
