Chicken On A Stick(Serving Size: 4)
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 lb. sliced lengthwise bacon
- 1/2 c. wine (red or white)
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- seasonings (mixed)
- Slice boneless chicken breasts in 1/2-inch strips.
- Take the wooden sticks and weave alternating chicken and bacon strips until each stick is full.
- Mix wine, soy and Worcestershire and place in a container large enough for the filled sticks to lay flat. Season with your favorite mixed seasonings.
- If necessary to pile chicken sticks on top of each other, make sure you turn the filled sticks into the marinade so they all get at least 1/2 hour of marination.
- Cook over low to medium heated grill or oven at 350u0b0 for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
- Dip or baste chicken with marinade frequently to prevent drying of meat.
- Do not overcook!
