Chicken On A Stick(Serving Size: 4)

  1. Slice boneless chicken breasts in 1/2-inch strips.
  2. Take the wooden sticks and weave alternating chicken and bacon strips until each stick is full.
  3. Mix wine, soy and Worcestershire and place in a container large enough for the filled sticks to lay flat. Season with your favorite mixed seasonings.
  4. If necessary to pile chicken sticks on top of each other, make sure you turn the filled sticks into the marinade so they all get at least 1/2 hour of marination.
  5. Cook over low to medium heated grill or oven at 350u0b0 for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
  6. Dip or baste chicken with marinade frequently to prevent drying of meat.
  7. Do not overcook!
