Chocolate Sour Cream Pound Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
  2. Grease and flour 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
  3. Cream butter and sugar in mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time.
  5. Beat well after each addition; blend in vanilla.
  6. Sift flour, soda and salt together.
  7. Add to creamed mixture.
  8. Mix well after each addition.
  9. Blend in melted chocolate.
  10. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  11. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes.
  12. Cut horizontally into 3 even layers.
  13. Spread filling between layers.
