Pineapple Pepper Chicken

  1. In a saucepan, combine the first 10 ingredients.
  2. Stir until smooth.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Cook and stir for 2 minutes until thick. Set aside.
  5. Heat oil in skillet on medium heat.
  6. Add the chicken; brown on all sides.
  7. Place in 2 greased 13 x 9 x 2 dishes.
  8. Pour reserved sauce over chicken.
  9. Bake uncovered at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
  10. Add pineapple and green pepper.
  11. Bake 15 minutes longer. Yield:
  12. 12 servings.
