Overnight Frozen Fruit Salad
- 1 large can sliced peaches
- 1 large can fruit cocktail
- 2 cans mandarin oranges
- 1 jar cherries
- 1 large can white grapes
- 2 1/2 c. coconut
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 or 2 cans pineapple chunks
- 1 can frozen orange juice
- 8 oz. pkg. sour cream
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- Drain all fruit and place in a large bowl.
- Set aside.
- In a double boiler, mix frozen orange juice and 2 cups of sugar.
- Beat 2 eggs; pour in container with orange juice and sugar.
- Cook until these ingredients are thick.
- Should come to a rolling boil.
- Set aside to cool.
- After it has cooled, mix 8 ounces sour cream and 1 cup whipping cream.
- Mix ingredients well.
- Pour over fruit. Place in freezer and let freeze overnight.
