Swedish Meatballs In Sour Cream Sauce
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. beef bouillon concentrate
- 2 c. bouillon (made from 1 can bouillon and water)
- 1 c. sour cream
- Mix together beef, bread crumbs, egg, milk, onion and seasonings.
- Form into small balls.
- Brown meat in oleo.
- Add garlic, beef extract and flour that has been blended in the bouillon.
- Cook over low heat until sauce is thick.
- Just before serving, stir in sour cream.
- Serve with hot buttered noodles.
