Seafood Crepes

  1. Prepare crepes.
  2. Cook and stir mushrooms and 2 tablespoons onions in margarine until onions are tender.
  3. Stir in seafood, half and half and cream cheese.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.
  5. Spoon 1/4 of the filling down center of each crepe; roll up.
  6. Place in ungreased rectangular microwavable dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inches.
  7. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
  8. Microwave uncovered on High (100%) until cheese is melted and crepes are heated through, 4 to 6 minutes; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons onion.
