Garlic Chicken And Pasta
- 1/2 stick butter
- 3 chicken cutlets (cut into small chunks)
- 12oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 2 whole bulbs (not cloves) garlic (chopped)
- 3/4 c. heavy cream
- 1 small pkg. frozen tiny peas
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
- Lunguine or Spaghetti
- Heat butter in skillet, add chicken and saute until chicken is cooked.
- add mushrooms, onions, and garlic.
- Saute until soft. Add cream and heat to a low boil.
- Sauce will thicken in about 5 minutes.
- Add parmesan cheese, frozen peas and parsley.
- Heat until peas are just tender.
- Cook pasta.
- Drain and rinse pasta well.
- Put pasta in a large serving bowl.
- Pour sauce over pasta. Serve with extra parmesan cheese and garlic bread.
