Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
  2. Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips.
  4. In a large bowl, combine fructose and brown sugar.
  5. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer until mixed.
  6. Add butter and beat until well blended.
  7. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  8. Add vanilla extract.
  9. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and beat until blended.
  10. DO NOT OVERMIX.
  11. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2-inches apart onto baking sheet.
  12. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  13. Cool 1 minute before removing from baking sheet. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
