Spiced Pilaf

  1. Soak the bread crumbs in 1/2 cup of water for 5 minutes. Squeeze dry and place in a bowl.
  2. Add meat, tomato paste, cumin and egg.
  3. Mix together thoroughly.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. With damp hands, roll the meat into balls about the size of walnuts.
