Yummy Muffins

  1. In large bowl, mix together dry ingredients and raisins.
  2. In blender, combine apple and orange chunks and remaining ingredients. Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and mix together.
  3. Pour batter into muffin tins lined or sprayed.
  4. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
  5. Makes 12 muffins.
  6. One muffin equals 104 calories (9 calories from fat), 1 g total fat, 0 saturated fat and 0 cholesterol.
