Four Layer Delight

  1. 1st. Layer:
  2. Melt butter in 9 x 13 Pyrex dish.
  3. Add flour and nuts.
  4. Mix-spread over bottom of dish.
  5. Bake 375u0b0 for 15 minutes. Cool completely.
  6. 2nd Layer:
  7. Cream 8 oz. cream cheese with 1 cup confectionery sugar (10 x).
  8. Add 1-8 oz. container Cool Whip.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Spread over crust.
  11. 3rd Layer:
  12. Mix 2 small instant chocolate pudding mixes with 3 cups milk.
  13. Blend well.
  14. Spread over cheese mixture.
  15. Cool.
  16. 4th Layer:
  17. Top with 8 oz. Cool Whip.
  18. Sprinkle Nuts over top.
  19. Refrigerate several hours.
