Fiesta Taco Salad

  2. Total: 20 minutes
  3. Brown meat in large skillet over medium-high heat; drain. Add seasoning mix, undrained tomatoes and corn; mix well. Cook over medium-low heat 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Arrange about 1 1/2 cups of greens on each of 6 serving plates. Top evenly with the meat mixture. Arrange tortilla chips around greens.
  5. Garnish with cheese, onions, olives and sour cream, if desired.
