Crunchy Hot Crab Bites

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine crab, lime juice, lime peel, green onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and hot pepper sauce.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings.
  4. Brush melted butter on toast rounds and arrange in a single layer in a broiler pan.
  5. Top each round with a portion of the crab mixture, then with 1 1/2 teaspoons cheese.
  6. Broil until cheese is melted and crab mixture is hot.
