Ranch Mashed Potatoes
- 6 cups cubed red potato (about 2 pounds), unpeeled
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon dried dill
- Cook potato in boiling water to cover 15 minutes or until tender; drain. Place potato in a large bowl. Add sour cream and remaining ingredients; mash with a potato masher to desired consistency.

- Add measured sour cream and green onions to potatoes

- Measure sour cream, buttermilk, and dried herbs
- Add buttermilk, butter, salt, and herbs to potatoes
