Chicken Salad Mold

  1. In large bowl, soften gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes. Add all other ingredients except whipped cream; mix well.
  2. Fold in whipped cream.
  3. Place in oiled 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and refrigerate until firm.
  4. Unmold and slice thin to serve.
  5. Place on watercress or lettuce leaves.
  6. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
