Double-Decker Oreo Cheesecake
- 1 package (1 lb. 1 oz.) OREO Chocolate Creme Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (48 cookies), divided
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 4 eggs
- 4 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
- oven to 325u0b0F.
- 30 cookies in food processor until finely ground. Add butter; mix well. Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan.

Stir melted chocolate into remaining batter; pour over batter in pan. Chop remaining cookies; sprinkle over batter.
