Lo-Fat Cheese Potatoes

  1. Boil the potatoes in water until tender. Drain. Place potatoes in ungreased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Combine in processor bowl or blender the cottage cheese, sour cream, flour, salt, pepper and garlic. Blend until smooth. Add mixture to cheese and onion.
  2. Stir gently.
  3. In small bowl, combine cornflake crumbs and margarine. Mix well. Sprinkle over the potatoes. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  4. Serves 8.
