Hawaiian Pork Chops

  1. Drain pineapple.
  2. Combine juice from pineapple, broth, lemon juice, green pepper and onion.
  3. Arrange pork chops in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and thyme.
  5. Pour liquid around pork chops.
  6. Bake, uncovered, for 50 minutes at 425u0b0.
  7. Stir jelly into pan liquid.
  8. Turn chops and bake 10 minutes more. Combine cornstarch and water; stir into pan liquid.
  9. Top each chop with a slice of pineapple.
  10. Lower oven to 350u0b0 and bake for 10 minutes.
