Chocolate Cream Raspberry Tart(Low Fat And Low Calorie)
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 c. 1% low-fat milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. chocolate chips
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1 1/2 c. thawed lite whipped topping
- 3 c. raspberries
- 1 (10 oz.) jar apple jelly
- Combine first 5 ingredients and stir well.
- Press mixture into bottom and up the sides of 11-inch round removable-bottom tart pan.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 11 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack.
